Had a great experience with Nifa. All staff are very helpful specially Nancy. I finished a little over a year. Highly recommended to those who wanted to pursue RNFA. Definitely manageable while combining work, practicum and studies - Rogelio Mangubat

Overall a very good program. I did find the perioperative practice portion of reading/quiz redundant given the amount of experience they require you to have to start the program. The 5 day suture workshop was awesome. I learned so much and had a lot of fun. Met some really great people. Overall I feel like I am prepared to enter the new role as an RNFA. It was a good program with good outcomes. I finished in about 18 months.

The overall experience was good. I would give the suture workshop 5 stars, excellent engaged teachers. My only complaints is that the website feels old and is not user friendly wasted a lot of time looking for things. Also way to much paper work for the documentation for hours, they should make one form for each surgeon you work with. I would also like to have some more on hands classes. I am doing a lot of robotics and lap cases and I felt unprepared especially for the lap cases. If you guys have workshops like that please let me know I would fly to Cali to take other workshops.

I am thrilled to be enrolled in NIFA’s RNFA program. Enrollment was made easy by every single staff member i have come across. No question I had went unanswered. They worked with my facility in regards to payment. Since this was a new thing my facility is offering, there was definitely some bumps, but everyone at NIFA was kind, patient and did everything they could to help me. Would definitely recommend!

The NIFA RNFA program was very straightforward, very well organized, and very informative. I have learned a great deal. The in person suture workshop was led by great people who were very knowledgeable. It was everything I was looking for in a program.
