We booked through Expedia and didn't realize the type of establishment this was. Our email confirmation said we would be getting Hyndai Elantra or something similar. We were given a 2006 Malibu in terrible condition (see pictures attached).
The gas was on E, you can't drive further than 50 miles, and you need your own car insurance. There was no mats in the car, it was dented beyond belief, and clock/amenities were not fully working.
In addition, lights on the dashboard kept coming on and the tire pressure was low. The car smelled and was in poor condition. I am shocked they are in business with the types of vehicles they are renting. Further, it was way over priced. Enterprise is cheaper! They do not have EZ pass or any other way to pay for tolls besides cash either which is very inconvenient for someone who is not from the area and on a timeframe.
I left and put $5 in the tank because the gas light came on as I was leaving and returned immediately after. The manager/owner said he would fully refund me (which has not happened).
I 100% did not feel safe in this car or driving it for the day. I do not recommend this place at all.

Lance is absolutely a great dude. Rented a car for a few months after our car was deemed totalled. I sat here thinking all these car rental places want a good amount of money a credit card utility bill and the blood of your last child. It was a very easy process and affordable. The cars aren't like enterprise and other car rentals but it got out son to school everyday and is back and forth to work. Thank you so much Lance !

Thanks to Lance and Devereaux's amazing generosity, our non-profit was able to afford to rent their biggest truck and haul enough supplies down to NC for hurricane relief last weekend. Their customer service was amazing. The vehicle was top notch and the pin point vehicle for our huge fleet that went down from 3 states "Follow the Budget truck!!". The supplies we took helped over 200 families and countless animals after they had lost everything. It would have been impossible without their help. Thank you for everything, and we will be calling you in the future, for sure!!

This is a no hassle place to rent a car. The car I rented won't impress my friends but it was reliable and had good AC in the hot weather. Also they didn't scrutinize the car looking for dings and dents when I returned it like Enterprise did.

I was rushed on the website to book for a percentage off... I did not need the vehicle literally a hour agmfter booking... I tried to cancel... was told they do not do cancelations and that I cannot receive a refund because I did not cancel within 48 hours... HOW... I literally booked frantic because my car was down... 1 STAR WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL... Noone will speak to me at corporate... JUST A WHOLE MESS ..
