Boxes were very well packed to care for items. They are a bit heavy but means for a solid quality bed. Assembly was easy but makes easier to have a helping hand as it’s heavy. Love the look very happy with purchase!

I love Darvin Furniture! I was shopping for a new bed and my salesman Clinton was amazing! Clinton was very personable, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about the product. He was also super helpful with selecting a warranty and supplemental information regarding the purchase. My bed was delivered three days later as promised. The delivery was seamless and timely within the quoted time. I would definitely purchase again with Darvin Furniture!

I bought a couch from Darvin. (They have So much to look at…) was there for 4 hours searching and trying to decide. After looking online for days, and other places first. They have a clearance sect. (Which is upstairs) which I found out hrs later. We all have to save $$$ where we can, make sure you check out upstairs for better deals. That’s where I found the couch I was looking for, and worked out best.😊

Shopped at Darvin 13 years ago. Time for new furniture. Came in with a list. Found everything we were looking for. 2 chairs, love seat, dining room table with 4 chairs and a matching credenza, and an entertainment unit.
A very nice selection of furniture, for every taste. Our sales associate Lisa was nearby to answer questions and tell us where things were. She did not pressure us in any way. She did not try to suggest more expensive items or other pieces in the groupings. When we said we were done, she went through each item, price, told us when it would be available. A quick process writing up sales slip. We will have all our items by the end of March.
I felt the prices were very reasonable.

The sales was helpful and informative about the functionality of the sofas. When she wrote the bill of sale up she didn’t go over the price with me. Usually the sales associate will ask you if you would like to buy an extended warranty before the total transaction is done.

Everyone we talked to at Darvin was exceptionally nice, patient, and helpful. We didn’t have a definite agenda in mind when we stopped in, but after touring the store, we left after ordering three new pieces of furniture. Lisa was very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and patient with us while we looked around. If you haven’t visited, the store is immense with so many options to choose from.

The coffee shop was also a nice addition and the coffee we had was AMAZING! What a cool idea!

We bought a sectional during the Memorial Day sale, and Lisa our sale consultant was amazing, so patient, and helpful! We had our couch made and delivered to Indiana in just 3 weeks, way sooner than we expected!! Maria and the two gentlemen who did the delivery, were so amazing too! They were understanding (I didn't hear my phone when they had called), polite, and so quick and efficient. I can't praise them enough! Couldn't have asked for a better experience and a better group of people to have helped us. We are in love with our couch, excited to finally be comfortable in our living room!
