I just helped my neighbor assemble your 5560-G Quilting Frame. I’m giving you 2 stars because all of the pieces were there. But holy cow, by far the WORST instructions I’ve ever seen. It is absurd and unacceptable for you to explain each step with TEXT ONLY and include some horrible drawings below. How on earth did you think these were sufficient? Do you and your customers a favor, use a phone to take a video showing how to assemble the thing and post it on YouTube. I was able to figure it out for her by looking at the product listing photos on Amazon. These instructions were so incredibly bad that I took the time to Google your company and leave a review. For $150 and like 10 total pieces of cheap wood, you can and should do better.

I ordered a frame and found it was impossible to assemble. So I sent it back and ordered a different one, which I am also having trouble assembling. The assembly instructions are impossible to follow. Can someone in your company please help me.

I ordered the set of 9 sizes of stretcher bars on amazon. The seller is listed as Frank A. Edmunds. I received seven of the nine sizes. I am missing sizes 8 and 9. I tried contacting amazon to correct this, but all their phone lines stare that due to COVID they are not taking calls. I don’t want to return all the bars as I have already used two sizes and they would be unable to resell them. I would prefer to just have them ship me the two missing sizes to save on shipping cost etc.

I tried submitting this online but am only given the option to return these. I called Frank Edmunds and spoke with Dennis Klig. He is shipping me the two missing sizes. He said they don’t actually sell directly to Amazon any longer. They sell to a middle man who sells their products on amazon, so this isn’t even their fault, but he is mailing me the missing items anyway. Thank you!

So I bought a stretcher bar kit from them 1 year ago. They no longer make this item. Right before Covid shut down one arm cracked putting into a stand clamp. They won't refund because bought from Amazon. Amazon won't refund because it is more than a month since I bought it. Wont be using their products again.

My right wrist had surgery for de Quervain in 2016. The 1st surgeon cut my radial nerve & was repaired by a 2nd surgeon. My pain is constant with my thumb and index finger numb & tingling. Yesterday my sister & I were shopping in Hobby Lobby so she could get some stitchery yarn & I saw the Thergonomic Hand-Aids. As a retired nurse, I felt this product might help my hand. After walking out of the store, I put the right one on & within 10 mins. of wearing it, I had less pain, my hand felt more relaxed & I could tell it was feeling much better. I wore it to bed & felt no pain waking up better than in the last 4 yrs. of suffering this surgical error. My sister bought me this product for my 72nd birthday Nov. 4th & I just told her I will be buying replacements the rest of my life! Thank you F.A. Edmunds for relieving the worst nightmare (surgery) of my life. (I took the 1st doctor before the AZ Medical Board too).

Excellent after the sale customer service. Fast, efficient and friendly. I was starting to think this did not exist anymore. I should alos mention that the quality of their products is far superior to any of the junk you get from overseas and well worth any difference in cost.
