Hallo meine Lieben, ich möchte über meine Erfahrungen beim Autovermietung EdoAuto schreiben. Ich bin so was von begeistert, mehr als zufrieden. Die Kommunikation, die Beratung, die Aufklärung war ausgezeichnet gut. Man hat uns sogar einen Kindersitz besorgt und das kostenlos ohne jegliche Auflage. Danke dafür?. Die Preise sind sehr gut. Man kann sich nicht beklagen. Die Autos die ich hatte, waren Sicher, Sauber und das ist das was zählt und am wichtigsten ist! Ich werde definitiv, wenn ich wieder die Heimat besuche beim EdoAuto ein Auto mieten. PS.: wenn man braucht bekommt man auch von EdoAuto ein Auto am Flughafen (Riga,Vilnius), mit Absprache natürlich, zur Verfügung gestellt. Wer eine freundliche Beratung, ausgezeichnete Betreuung und einen sicheren Wagen haben möchte, sollte Autovermietung EdoAuto aufsuchen. Ich verspreche, ihr werdet nicht enttäuscht sein. Top class company! Very pleased with the service. I have rented the car for over 2 weeks, no issues whatsoever. Car was cleaned and in a very good condition. I would say price and quality combination it's perfect. I had to delay for one more week then rent and again it was such a friendly service without any complications the job was done. Would highly recommend this company and already are to all my friends and family! Definitely will come back to the them ☺️

The whole experience was difficult from start to the finish. I arrived a few minutes later than expected which caused Edgaras to become aggressive and he started shouting at me. During handover of the car, a white Ford Fiesta, in Siauliai photographs were taken and I was advised that there was no need for me to photograph the car as he was not concerned about the small defects to the paintwork, due to the age of the car, 2016.
At the end of the hire period the car was collected by a car hire representative in Druskininkai at 12:15, the hire contract ended at 8:00. I had the car cleaned so that it was in the same condition as when I collected it. The representative inspected the car and found small scratches to the corner of the rear bumper. I was told that this was an issue and that I will lose my deposit. I couldn't see the scratches without close inspection which made me think that the representative knew, before inspection, that they were there. I disputed that it has nothing to do with me as nothing had happened during the hire period that would have caused them.
I have hired many cars in different countries and never been treated so badly. I will never hire a car from this company again.
