I wanted to share an incredible experience my family and I had with Avis during our recent trip to Houston. Despite some last-minute travel challenges,this particular Avis went above and beyond to make our car rental process smooth and stress-free 🚗.

The customer service was outstanding, ensuring we got a clean, reliable car. They even upgraded us as a gesture for the travel troubles we faced. These thoughtful touches made a huge difference for us, and I can confidently say Avis has earned my loyalty as my go-to rental service in Houston 🌟.

I use them often for work. The staff is very friendly. Every time I rent I have to deal with customer service to get late fees removed. Either it shows the wrong date of return or even the wrong location. This one now shows 3:43 return time and a late fee. I return above full all the time, I get fuel fees added. I have to provide gas receipts and photos to customer service to prove I filled the tank. This is becoming far too much work to have to deal with this!!!

This is my favorite Avis/Budget. This location has always been outstanding. Currently Victoria is at this location and she is very friendly, she gets things done. And she tries to satisfy the needs for your rental. Xavier. Or Javier. Excuse my spelling. He also is very friendly. And there’s one other person there I apologize for not knowing his name he’s newer. But this location has been my go to. I’ve been renting here for a long time and I wouldn’t go elsewhere.

Please give Victoria a raise. She is amazing, patient, knowledgeable and you are in and out picking up your rental in 10 minutes tops!! I love the ease it is to rent here.

I WILL NOT RENT ANYWHERE ELSE!! I’ve been an Enterprise renter for years!! But Avis has better rates! Better than even TURO!! Hands down! Customer service here is A1!! They are very helpful! Process was easy! From picking up to dropping off!! Definitely going to continue going back. I have a trip coming up and I’ll be going back. Im very cautious about where and how I spend my money, with the customer service experience I experienced here makes me have no issues spending my money with people who care about my trip as much as I do. As long as this location is here, they’ll have a customer for life.

Professionalism on 10! Just genuinely good people who care about helping out there community in there time of need!! We needed a different rental service in the area
& I’m glad they are there.

SN: If u don’t have transportation to get u there if u rent though UBER they’ll promo you $10.00 for a ride there which is essentially free if you within 10 miles or so.

A good location to rent cars with AVIS, the car was excellent, just a misunderstanding regarding the fuel due to a communication error between AVIS and the company I used to make the reservation.
