Another delicious and terrific customer experince at NORTHGATE.

Boom! Another home run hit with this Chick-fil-A! Great and clean atmosphere, service as if I was seated in a 5 Star restaurant, happy and professional employees everywhere. As always, a terrific, delicious lunch and a fun place to be and eat anytime. Restaurant operator, Trace Gutteridge, can be proud of his team and his great store!

We just came through with a giant order between 2 cars (we’re going on a 12 hour road trip).

Everyone was so nice and helpful. There was a slight mix-up with the orders, but the staff was immediately on top of it.

They were kind, accommodating, and respectful.

The food tasted just as amazing as the service!

10/10 recommend. Give this place a try!

I don't know if I've ever had a bad experience at a Chick-fil-A but today's dine-in was above and beyond. I Noticed there was a free sandwich in the app. That's a great start. My wife and I both ordered shakes. A kind lady walking around checked on us and brought us some water. If they accepted tips I'd have given them a big one today.

Always hot, always tasty, had an exceptional experience tonight. I used some rewards points and a credit card on my phone to pay when I forgot my wallet. Busy day today but Chick-fil-A had dinner ready 10/10 will be back. The late night was super kind and friendly even right before close. Everything in my bag was perfect. Thank you!

This was my go to restaurant, until today. I sat in line for almost 25 minutes....for ONE chicken sandwich. I ordered ahead of time through the app. I could have gone to a sit down restaurant and been served quicker. I will no longer waste my money at this location. The way they are utilizing their two lanes is ridiculous, and completely inefficient. Sitting in line for almost 25 minutes, for one cold chicken sandwich, is completely unacceptable!

Once I FINALLY got to the window I still had to wait in line! They told the two cars ahead of me to pull forward because their food wasn't ready. There was no room for me to go around them. They were blocking the exit so I had to wait even longer!!

I’ve been doing chic fil a 2-3 times a week for years. (Signature member) This has to be the worst location. The food has been cold and mediocre, employees hardly say my pleasure, and tables are constantly dirty. Our order is usually wrong due to the kids they hired to run the restaurant goofing off in the ordering area. Just today, we went to dine in, 75% of the restaurant was rented for a party on the big side, and on the small side, 4 tables were taken up by a single chic fil a employee at each table on break. While leaving, they were closing the parking lot and setting cones, blocking us in (getting ready for the party) and with no way for us to exit, 2 employees had to wait to put cones down so we could leave. We waved at them to say thank you, and they mean mugged us on the way out. I’ve never been so turned off by chic fil a.

Slowest CFA ive ever been to. 3 times I've tried now and every time it takes longer than just going to a sit down diner. 40 minutes. I waited inside 40 minutes for 1 meal only for every item to come out cold like it has been sitting out for 20 minutes. I think the fastest meal I ever got here took 25-30 minutes and came with a hot sandwich but cold and soggy fries. It literally takes less time to drive to a different location and get CFA then drive back
