This place is definitely bottom of the barrel! It looks nice but that’s it! They DO NOT answer the phones. They will keep transferring you to peoples voicemail. My kid has been here 3/4 times and still hasn’t seen a therapist or psychiatrist. They rush you while in these appointments and constantly talk about how the next patient is waiting but the person she has been seeing isn’t a DR! Her meds has to be then signed off by the actual DR behind the scenes… It’s been 5 days since her appointment, she has 1 day of meds left and now about to be the weekend. They set their patients up to fail! They aren’t professional at all and they make you digitally sign paperwork you can not see or know what your signing it’s all sketchy and needs to be reported and audited through the state.

I wish I could leave 0 stars. I came to this location early at 8 as a walk in and by 10 I was placed in a room with a computer setup for a doxy meeting. I was surprised because I called and asked if they did evaluations because my youngest son keeps being misdiagnosed so when I saw the computer I was a bit frustrated. Now time is passing by I have to use the bathroom and it’s almost 11. I go to the bathroom and come back. From 11 to 12:25 when I walked out the screen just sat in available. I did speak with someone who was supposed to check and see how long it was going to take. When I walked out to get my ride home, everyone minus one person had been seen and gone. I wouldn’t waste your time at this location. I don’t know how long it would have taken the doctor to come or even if she would have come. I’ve lost a day and I still don’t have the answers that I need.

I was seeing DR truelson before she retired, it was great, she listened with open ears. After she left(six years of therapy and help) pretty much went down the drain because the so called head doctor took her place, was rude, didn't listen to anything lowered one of my medications and raised the other when it was completely unnecessary and it made my mental health suffer. I requested a new doctor and when I asked him to put my meds the way they were his comment was,"this is life, you need to learn to live without depending on your medication"..... What!? This is a counseling place where people go that have problems and chemical imbalances and have to(unfortunately) take certain medications for severe anxiety, social anxiety and depression. But hey,"this is life"? Only reason I give two stars is because of the front desk.

First meeting was scheduled for their Mesquite location. I went there... They were expecting me at the Harry Hines location, so I cancelled. They had the nerve to try and charhe me a cancelation fee. It was their mistake. Out of desperation I made a 2nd appointment. Dr. Kleinman was ok. I was instructed to schedule a follow up 2 weeks out. The receptionist, who was moody as hell, argued with me that it was 2 months... really? Had a 2nd meet over the phone, went well. Got a refill and a new appointment. I was running out of meds, so i called to ask for refill. They said no. I'd have to wait until i saw the dr. again. They let me reschedule my appointment sooner. When I arrived, they had no clue about my reschedule. They basically said tough. Had yo come back and argue with them, they relented. This place is disconnected. They could care less about you. Good luck finding another doctor. Its difficult.

So tired of everytime you do visit there is different paperwork to be completed for a telehealth visit. I do like their pharmacy as the personnel is very friendly.

Every thing went well from signing in to visiting with the intake it was on video it all went will very very nice .The intake really wanted to help us and answered all questions or concerns I had.

I have nothing nice to say about this office.
They want you to be 45 mins early for your appointment “to complete paperwork”- which takes less than 5 mins. We showed up 15 mins early and I heard the receptionist tell the person at checkout that they were switching our appointment time with the person under is because they got there 45 mins early and we were only 15 mins early.
Every appointment is over an hour wait. Several times we have waited over an hour to be seen.
I requested to be transferred to another location as this one is an hour drive and o was told I had to put in a formal request with the director and was transferred, left a message and 6 months later STILL haven’t heard back from anyone.
Requested to see a different provider, but was told we needed to tell the provider we wanted to see someone else, which I feel is a bit unethical.
On more than one occasion, we have shown up to an appointment and they forgot to put us on the schedule the month before and were treated as walk in patients.
The real kicker is that as cash patients, we were paying $110 and at our last appointment, I was told the cash price was now $390!! Why was there a 350% increase when the quality of care is so poor at this place?
The practices and now the prices of this place are absolutely shameful.
And your reply of the email to contact y’all at can be replied with someone else because no one responds to that either.

Worse place ever, never answer the phone, there’s no nurse to talk with, they make you go to the office to talk with a Doctor in a computer instead of just do video chat appointment, my son been without medication for over a month because they don’t had appointments available to talk with “the screen” and when finally is seen they don’t answer the pharmacy or my reply to my voicemail so had to wait again till next appointment, is ridiculous and specially because all this is been around the testing weeks so he struggled and failed some tests for not being able to concentrate without his meds.
We are no going back and will report the insurance and state for all the other bad things I been seeing and no mention in this but they deserve zero stars 😠
