These guys saved the day when I had a temporary license, and no other agency would accept that with separate passport photo ID. I was referred to them by an employee at Enterprise, who called over for me - and they literally came and picked me up immediately at Enterprise! Then when I dropped off my car, they drove me back to the airport in my rental - no lines, luggage jockeying, or shuttles, just spot on customer service. It's not the nicest car I've ever rented (had a few minor bumps and scratches, 80k miles, though clean and perfectly driveable) and was quite a bit pricier than other places given the last minute nature, but they didn't nickel and dime, they accepted my insurance with a digital copy, and the customer service was impeccable (special shout out to Ali). It was so fast/easy compared to other LAX rental agencies, I'll actively look them up next time. FYI that they're operating out of a space called Car Rental X on Arbor Vitae, that's the location I went in/out of.

We came to California and decided to try Eagle car rental. Quality of cars are 10/10. Service and the people at the office in California are super nice and friendly. This was our first time coming to California and they made our car rental super easy to navigate. We would like to thank Danny, Lester, and Qazi. You guys were amazing and the service you gave us was incredibly helpful.

Excellent Customer Service... Daniel was absolutely Wonderful. Daniel came through picked them up put them in a great vehicle and only took 30 min. While before that my kids flew into LAX and had a rental reservation with Enterprise which had HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES ON THAT SHIFT WERE ABSOLUTELY NO HELP. Outstanding service. Daniel you are Greatly Appreciated.

I was particularly impressed by their communication. The car was new and the representative friendly, efficient and helpful. Friendly staff, good experience , fair prices.
When I forgot my expensive glasses in the Car, So they arranged for me to collect them at the airport before departure!
