I had a great hair braiding experience with Fa. She is very kind, professional and patient. She took her time in explaining the various hair braiding hair types for the particular hair style I wanted. She also gave me a courteous price since this was my first service with her. Fa is very fun loving, sweet as well as her family. I would highly recommend her! I love my Senegalese twists and I had an enjoyable experience and will use her again in the future. She is excellent, efficient, and very good at braiding and styling. I would highly recommend her! Thank you Fa!

I just didn't have a good end experience. My hair is short which I asked specifically if she could work with, she said she's the best at braiding short hair in response. My hair was sticking out through the braids, they were super fuzzy and braids started falling out after a few days. I was super disappointed and just wish she had said she doesn't work with short hair instead of wasting both our time, and my money.

Wish I had known this was not a shop and in her home. I asked for knotless braids with human hair out but these look like box braids. I wanted it full but the leave out is very thin in the front which Im not happy about. The braids look okay but its not what I asked for or expected after paying $280. Got to her home elevator was broken so I had to walk up three flights of steps 9 months pregnant. I think with location, having to pay for parking, elevator down and the hair not being done full enough I was charged way too much. Its like she used the most hair in the back of my head and the front looks rushed and thin. Was going to leave when I found out it wasn’t a shop but Im 9 months and could give birth any day so I just went ahead and did it. Would have loved it and possibly returned but $280 I don’t think Ill be back. Paid $350 last year at shop and had three people on my head and was out in 4 hours. I was at her home from 2:44 to 12:30 the next day…… never again

Absolutely AMAZING! I got stitch braids and box braids. Typically, my head hurts after getting it braided, but Fa was very gentle and did my hair perfectly. When I arrived (8am), she was ready to get to work and did not delay. Very kind and hospitable. I absolutely loved her services and recommend to anyone who is looking for a reliable, kind and efficient braider!
