The woman at the front desk is extremely rude! Very insensitive to patients. It makes the whole process of infertility so much harder. Please tell your doctors office to not use this company for labs. It will make your life much easier. To FC Lab, the people you hire shows alot about your mission and patient satisfaction, your front desk person is not doing your company any good.

I used FC Labs for covid testing for myself and my family. I felt very comfortable and safe. I never left my car. The testers were wearing masks, shields, and gloves. The turn around was within 24 hours where most of my friends/coworkers waited for over a week to get results.

My wife and I had embryos stored here, or should I say “have”. After storing our embryos here in 2019 we received a letter stating that if we wanted to terminate the embryos to send the letter back checking the box stating our intentions. After careful thought and consideration we decided we no longer needed them. Much to our surprise a year later we got an invoice from them for another year of storage. After many unsuccessful attempts to get ahold of them we were told that they would destroy them if we sent payment along with a notarized letter. Problem solved right? Wrong! A year later we received yet ANOTHER invoice. This time my wife was yelled at on the phone by a man that implied this was her fault and we needed to pay and send another notarized letter. This time I called multiple times, ever able to reach anyone and leaving several messages. Low and behold someone finally called my wife back… but only to collect another years payment. I’m convinced this is a scam run out of the back of a motel 6. If you have ANY other options as to where to have your precious genetic material stored , please choose any other option than FC labs.

Can never get ahold of anyone here. Never answer the phone, can’t leave a message do to mailbox being full, no return calls or emails. This is not the place to store reproductive materials. Many be for covid testing but not for something time sensitive. My frozen embryos have been stored here for nearly 5 years well before covid and I can not arrange to get them out because no one will answer the phone or return my calls, emails. My new fertility clinic can’t get ahold of them either. Do not use this facility if you’re trying to reproduce during covid, not like they were super helpful before covid either I would have very little faith in storing products here.

I went here for drive up COVID test for pre-op. The young Indian lady who took my test was absolutely, genuinely kind and gentle. It's not fun having that thing up your nose, but she was so calm she made me comfortable. Kudos.

Thank you FC Labs. One of my family members went to the state run facility in Arlington to get Covid testing he had to wait 3 hours in line and he still hasn't received those results. So after 5 days with no results, I suggested they go to FC labs and they got their results back the very next day.

Did a great job with Covid testing. Things are not easy these days but they did a good job and we got our results back fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff has done a great job adapting to the pandemic.
