This "New Administration" is horrible. I need to fix a tired. The front desk person and one of the tech were really good, but the owner is a different story. The owner interrupted the tech, basically shutting him up, told the tech to go back to the back that he was work to do and for me to go another place to fix the tired. If the place was busy I understand, but it didn't really look busy. Also the problem is the horrible actitud to your employees and the customer.

Ahhh the shop inside is dirty and smells horrible.

Never going back.

Customer service was great. The guy in the front was very polite on the phone and in person. I needed an oil change and had a slow leak in my tire. They offered to patch it instead of trying to pressure sell me another tire. I used to go to Pep Boys for over 10yrs but they changed management and it’s not the same. I did just get the oil change today and tire patched but so far no issues and I plan on making this my regular go to place now. Oh and they give you a coupon for a free car wash that’s next door which I thought was a nice touch.

I had a problem with my air conditioner in my Nissan. I needed a compressor and some other things that were needed to fix the problem. They told me a price and I agreed to the price and the next day they had fixed my air condition and I would highly recommend them they were professional and kind and I’m happy with them no complaints from me.

I have a matt blue 98 civic daily / audio car. The cars extreamly old and means alot to me and alot of the bigger jobs like timing belt, water pump, full brake rebuild i cant do myself. Fl auto service & sales have been extremely good to me and my old car taking way more time and attention to detail then i ever expected with a more then reasonable price making sure the job gets done correctly. I'll definitely be coming back soon to slam the car and do the exhaust 👌👍.

Couldn’t have asked for better service, the gentleman who greeted me up front was super kind and professional, and answered all questions that I had. They work very efficiently so I didn’t even have to wait long to have both my brake pads replaced, and they conveniently have a nice waiting room where you can watch TV and treat yourself to free coffee or water. I highly recommend this place, they are honest and won’t try to rip you off like most mechanics.

Went here for a wheel alignment. I checked the pricing at a few places nearby before choosing to go here; their prices were competitive. The service was friendly and my car was ready for pickup a few hours after I dropped it off. I was particularly impressed by how the technician sent me an email with the detailed results of the alignment. His email included a note about how the caster cannot be adjusted on the Toyota Prius without adding an aftermarket adjustment bolt. The tech's note by email made me feel like they genuinely cared about fixing my car instead of just getting it in and out as fast as possible. Service was bilingual (Spanish) and friendly.
