Words cannot even begin to describe how terrible this place is. The absolute worst experience I have ever had at a government institution I would take a dmv with a one person staff who was blind and deaf over these incredibly rude, dismissive and aggravating the workers here are. You have to make an appointment to even ask a question, don't have an appointment? Don't wait for no shows they'll act like you spat in their faces and tell you to leave. Walk in Wednesdays? More like stand in a line for 4 hours to get told "we don't have enough staff to see everyone" and to leave better luck next time. You might have some luck camping out there on Tuesday night, other than that forget about. Did I forget to mention appointments are a month out? The only saving grace I can say is random appointments cancelations so you can make one. I feel that we shouldn't have to stalk their website hunting for a canceled appointment to get seen. This place needs to change. So disappointing, treating us like dogs because they know we can't go anywhere else. Awful.

This place is the worst I ever been in my whole life. I had an appointment today. My spouse showed up for the vehicle registration with a power of attorney. Firstly, he was told that they can't find his name.Then he showed them the confirmation email and they were like okay, come in. When they finally receive him in the office, the staff was so rude and won't provide him service due to the fact that we do not have the same last name even though he has a power of attorney on hands.He was told to bring our MARRIAGE CERTIFICATE in able for them to do the vehicles registration. Never heard of something like that.
Few minutes later I brought the mariage certificate and was turn down. "We don't do that, you need to go make another appointment"

I do not know what is wrong with this place but something is definitely going on in there.

To staff, you gotta know that Nobody goes to your place because they would like to. They're going there because they have to... Worst and worst Service ever. Very sad!!!!

I have consistently encountered challenges when attempting to secure an appointment or communicate with the staff. The interactions have been marked by abrupt and dismissive behavior, with little effort made to accommodate customer needs. In particular, the employee at the front desk exhibits a concerning lack of professionalism, often dismissing inquiries in a manner that feels inconsiderate and unwelcoming—surprising behavior for someone in a customer service role.

When redirected to another staff member, the experience was similarly disappointing, marked by curt responses and a lack of courtesy. These interactions fall far below the standard of respect and professionalism expected, and they tarnish the reputation of what registration at Grafenwöhr should represent.

Alfons was fantastic.. He gave me a thorough inspection...He even spent some of his lunch explaining the importance of what he does.. Way over 40 years of experience.. Definitely the type of employee needed to keep roadways safe. Being a Safety Professional myself, I understand..

Very professional, respectful and easy to work with. During my time getting my temp plates everything was very smooth, and I learned a lot and during my time getting my permanent plate's was also great. 10/10. Long as you are respectful towards them you will have a great time.
