It took us a while to find the correct location. Don’t follow the Google Maps, just go to the hotel lobby and you will find the Hertz front desk right next to the hotel check-in place. Key (I hope I’m spelling it correctly) helped us and he was a funny and friendly guy (and has beautiful eyes lol). With his help, we were able to quickly find our car in the garage. The whole process was smooth and quick. And the car was in excellent condition! Thank you so much, Key!

パラッツォのハーツは、チェックイン・カウンターの脇にあります。

ヴェネチアンのハーツ場所はVALETがある場所です。グランド・カナルの階になります。案内板には3階と記されています。
グランド・カナルからVALETへ向かうと、カウンターがあります。

Don’t book with Hertz!!! I made a reservation (confirmed by email) and when I went to pick up the car they told me they didn't have a car for me!! Furthermore, the lady was very rude and showed no intention of solving the problem. I ended up having to rent the car from another agency at the Ceasers hotel.

Needed to change my reservation for a different day due to rain interfering with our outing, no hassle at all. Was kindly greeted, given very specific directions, in and out and on the road in under 15 minutes. Great experience!

Couldn’t have asked for a better car rental experience (which I was dreading because usually they are a headache). I booked a standard car through BJs wholesale a month in advance. We arrived at the Hertz desk right at 8am and paid exactly what the price was when booking the car. The lady working the desk was super nice and upgraded us to a convertible. The car was super clean and in great condition.

Front desk personell was nice and friendly. However, the parking was not easy to find (depends peobably on the entrance). A description on the website or here would have been helpful.

I used Thrifty's service in Las Vegas, (Hertz and Thrifty are the same) I went to the Grand Canyon and my tire got flat there, when I had to change it I realized that I didn't have a spare tire, I called the company to ask for help after talking to two attendants who simply hung up the phone without solving anything, I managed to speak with one last attendant who tried some options until deciding that we would take a taxi, pay for it and they would refund. The service was horrible since the beginning because I spent more than 3 hours of call, we waited 7 hours for the taxi, in the middle of nowhere, without food, without water, in the cold, having to do physiological needs in the street, we lost shows that we had tickets bought to go to. On the way back when returning the car (without the car because it was in the Grand Canyon) they said we would have to call customer service to ask for a refund, when we called, they asked to send an email, no email was properly answered until today. I paid for three days of rental car, and I used it for a day and a half, the least would be for the company to refund me all the expenses I had, but just a lot of insisting after 22 days they finally paid for the taxi, without any apologies, without letting me know that it was paid(i just saw it on my card), they didn't pay for the concert ticket I lost and they didn't even refund the car. In short, I don't recommend the company for two reasons, the first is that they didn't take care to check the car's spare tire (that's the least). The second reason, the company didn't have any respect for their customers, if you need to contact the customer service you will have a big headache, we had a horrible time waiting for help and in no time they were empathetic. I lost 10hrs of my trip, because of this horrible service they provide, apart from the headache having to contact them several times until they pay for the taxi at least… one spare tire would be the minimum. I just put one star because I can’t put zero, good should put negative stars like option.
