For buying a car for a good price, I highly recommend MAS. Eoin, one of the sales managers there, helped to walk me through the process of buying my new car (and gave me a good deal on it too), and made sure that it was good to go! WARNING to all young incoming soldiers; avoid MAS. May cause financial harm.

Great sales team, unfortunately management is unimaginably appalling. I just picked up my vehicle (9DEC).... original purchase was (July). Over 5 months waiting and fighting. Management refuse to fix simple issues that to were pointed out before purchase or slightly after.
over all at the end of the day most of my issues were fix. I am just too exhausted to continue cashing down Paul to finish the job. I will settle with the remaining issues, so MAS can save a dollar.

I wanted an Audi S5 but MAS didn't have exactly what I wanted. Joe told me that ordering one from the factory would be best to get exactly what I wanted and SAVE me money. My Nightmare experience costed me $4,000 and it began when my daily driver breaking down beyond repair;
**Our family needed a car, my wife was days away from delivery and my son needed to be taken to school, and I need to drive to work, Etc**

I went MAS to get a Car ASAP. We reserved a 2023 accord for a Monday down in Bremerhaven, I was told to get a rental, hotel, and etc. for the trip. That Exact Monday, I received a call that the car hasn't passed customs (Lie #1) . Later finding out that the car wasn’t even in Germany, it was ship was stuck in the Netherlands.

At this point, I was told to wait a couple days, well a week went by I lost money on the hotel that couldn’t be canceled and a rental car that was extended 4 times. Costing me $650
I was told by my sales rep that I would receive reimbursement (Lie #2) *I was never paid anything back*

I was continuously told to wait for information and with everything going on my sales rep was not with company or had new position… it was very unclear. I tried to talk with management multiple times about the situation because everyday without a car was costing me $85-100 for a rental. I was told by my new sales rep that they were in contact with management (Lie #3)

Additional 2 weeks went by and my total for rental cars was $2400. I even paid for insurance for a car I didn’t even have.

I went in and told my new sales rep that I need a different car ASAP. I register and got everything, just to be told they can’t give me the car due to a recall on floor mats which I was told 3-4 days for them to come in (Lie #4) I waited an additional 2 weeks.

5 weeks worth of rental cars, Insurance payment for a car didn’t have, Hotel I didn’t stay at.

It could have all be avoided, if I just went somewhere else.
