⚠️Buyers Beware⚠️
I purchased a RAM 3500 2024 on 11/3/24 and have experienced ongoing issues. During a trip to Bakersfield, the truck malfunctioned. Despite multiple attempts, I only received a response from the salesman four days later, advising me to visit a local dealership. The dealership diagnosed contaminated diesel, though I only used their provided fuel and two small refills. The truck has been under inspection for almost two months, and I have struggled to get adequate assistance. I am very dissatisfied, and my case remains unresolved.

EDIT From 5 stars to 1 star...You can thank the SERVICE (or lack of service) Dept.

My wife went in today for her first service. Made an appointment for 8 am for an oil change and to confirm a safety recall notice. Was told it would be 2 hours for the oil change...TWO HOURS! That is already absurd! Then was told it would be until after 1 pm to check the other items. It is now 2:30 pm and they still have not finished the car. All the while, my wife has had to wait at the dealership for quite some time, then asked to be taken home and then given a ride back and it is STILL not ready. That level of service is shameful and the owners should be disgusted with their service department's level of urgency and proficiency. It has cost my wife missing an important client meeting at 3 pm in Monterey! Thank you for My Chrysler for costing us even more money! Appreciate that. Something that should have been completed in less than one hour has completely ruined her entire day.

My first review of the SALES team still stands:
Fantastic customer service and they thoroughly listened to my family's needs. They never tried shoving a car down our throats or were pushy with us in any way. They laid out all the options for us and were still willing to negotiate a bit with us on price and financing. I would absolutely recommend family and friends to this dealership. They will be treated with respect and appreciation.

I went in on 5/10/24 at 8am for a regular oil change. The service advisor who assisted me was Rick torres. When I had made the appointment they told me that if I scheduled the service for 8 am I would be out by 9:30am. I had asked if they could do the complementary car wash while my car was being serviced and said they would look into it. At 8:50 am my car was still parked in the same spot I had left it in. I went to ask Rick how much longer till they started he said “your appointment was at 8:30?” I told him it was NOT 8:30am but 8am. He said he would let the technicians know. 30 minutes late he came back saying that they recommended I get the air filter replaced and top off the steering wheel fluids for an additional $115. I said ok and he told me it would only take an additional 15 minutes.

Long story short: 1. It took a little over 3 hours for the entire service to be completed, 2. my car never got washed they said it would take an additional hour for the wash (probably 2 hours since they double the time they promise to complete the work) 3. I had to go to Rick 3 times to get updates and didn’t seem attentive at all. 4. Couldn’t provide me with a copy of the previous work my car had done so that I could compare it with the current service. 5. When I asked to speak to the service manager he was rude and not helpful at all. I couldn’t believe when he said sarcastically : “You’ll probably come back next time with a smile on your face like if nothing had happened.” At the end of the day I would had justified the long time it took to service my car had they provided friendly customer service. I told him I would NOT be returning…rather drive to Gilroy or Morgan Hill Jeep.

Came to get a small hose water that cost 13 bucks in auto zone
Wanted to sell me all the unit and refused just the hose
Telling me that what they are doing when a car coming with the same problem
Guys watch out for this scam company
Never will recommend to no one of my friends or family
