They were super flexible and understanding! Snow isn’t usually a big deal but I was running behind today and so I missed my first appointment and they were able to reschedule me on the spot at another location near by. Crystal was super awesome! She picked out my new pair of glasses immediately before my appointment even started and she was so patient watching me pick out 100 other pairs and I still wound up choosing her original pick!

This location was very organized, quick and efficient. The amazing staff, particularly Jasmin and Dr P, were very nice and welcoming. Got my eyes checked, prescription, and even picked up some new frames all within under an hour. Overall great experience, and amazing service.

Dr Uddin and his assistants are so good at what they do and do it with such great and caring attitudes. My eyes are very difficult and they take the time to get things perfect. Check out was so easy and quick with Crystal and I got a free pair of sunglasses with my full year purchase of soft contacts. Great visit as always! Thank you all.

My daughter is legally blind and has a very difficult time finding Eyecare centers that can accommodate her high prescription. We travel from Southwest Colorado, and it’s six hours away and the people at this facility are amazing and so helpful and they have the ability to help people with very high prescriptions. Crystal specifically deserves a huge shout out because she was loving and caring with my daughter and very focused on making sure she was happy and she could see. we will definitely be customers for life with this facility. Thank you all!

Dr Piacentino gave a very thorough eye exam and really took the time to explain everything. Chrystal was very helpful in my choosing prescription glasses and sunglasses. Highly recommend both.

I just want to share we went to My Eye Dr @ 6881 S Yosemite in Centennial, Co on Saturday 11/15/2024. We checked in and that was beyond simple. The gentleman at the front desk provided us with a quick recap of our insurance coverages. He was very thorough and kind. Next, Orlando came to get us- yes we were seen at the same time! I have never experienced that and it was great- effective and efficient. Orlando did all of the preliminary stuff as expected. He was kind, thorough and helpful. We then met DR. CRAIG PIACENTINO♥️
Honestly, he was so great! Like a real person! Authentic , caring, smart and just like my favorite Eye Dr EVER! He explained things very nicely. He is very kind, funny and professional delivering excellent services to both my youngest son and I. (My oldest son Mike referred us there btw. ) I have Aides Tonic Pupil which a lot of eye docs have told me there’s nothing they can do or help me with. I’ve been having horrible headaches and it’s bothering me more now as I get older. I discussed with the Dr that I had read there was possibly some drops that can help me. He immediately started looking for something that can actually help me. That was HUGE to me. When he was done, he took me to meet with the gal who has dark hair and was wearing a dinosaur sweater. She was great also. She was helpful and answered our questions very nicely. Will, was so sweet also! He adjusted my current frames and they fit so nicely now. I plan on seeing the same Dr and Optical girl with the Dinosaur sweater. If I had to rate DR. CRAIG PIACENTINO and his staff, I’d give him a 20/10 and the staff a 15/10. I recommend My Eye Dr. They way exceeded our expectations. I left with purchasing contacts and glasses for myself and sunglasses for my son. This was an excellent experience? Thank you!
