Had a tire puncture that I could have fixed myself if only the tire repair kit wasn't broken. Had to call emergency service to have it repaired. National charges 130 euro for the pleasure, which is fine, I was going to cover it with my credit card insurance.
But, National has not responded to my requests to provide any sort of information that I could send to the insurance. No email, no call, nothing.
The charge on the bill is "PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE Charge", which isn't very informative and therefore can't get the insurance to pay.

Otherwise, they honored my Executive status with an upgraded car that was clean. All weather tires are utterly useless in any amount of snow, although marketed as winter tires.

I was really impressed with the reception from Robert at Munich Airport—super friendly and very helpful. They didn’t have any seven-seater cars available, so they gave me a nine-seater for the same price. The €250 deposit was refunded to my account within 48 hours. Overall, a 10/10 experience for me!

Customer experience and service is just horrible. Do not book with Enterprise/National in Munich. You are probably better off booking with Sixt. We are Emerald Club Members and received an email directing us to the location to pick up our keys. Once we arrived at the emerald aisle office we were told that we had to go back into the terminal to pick up our keys. After lugging all of our luggage and a toddler back to the terminal we were told the vehicle we’d booked was unavailable. To rectify this, they offered another comparable vehicle that we agreed to. We got the keys and walked all the way back to the rental car pickup. They keys were to a different vehicle. My husband walked again all the way back to the terminal (10 minute walk) to try to get the right keys. They refused and said they’d made a mistake. We ended up with a smaller car than what we’d paid for. To top it all off, we requested a toddler car seat and they did not have one! They gave us two broken car seat options instead. Unbelievable! Never booking with this company in Germany again.

We visited Germany for a month long business trip, and Salim helped make it an amazing trip. Excellent choice of vehicles, and never failed to resolve any concerns or questions. Hats off to the team at national, enterprise and especially Salim for being so helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend and would definitely rent here again!

I've been National member for 21 years. I LOVE THIS LOCATION, polite employees, excellent service with plenty of employees to assist all the customers. If it was possible would give Adelina 6 STARS ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐,, . Adelina has excellent customer service skills and is great with her customers,👍👍

Picked up a SUV last wend to drive to Kitzbuhel for a ski trip . Agent was dismissive & unhelpful - car selection poor - was told the crappy VW had CarPlay , it didn’t ! Unlike the last time I visited, where the service was excellent ! Usually I’m a big fan of the National/ Enterprise agents particularly in Europe and experience , not this time around 🙁

Adelina at the National counter was fantastic to work with! I was traveling with a family of 5 and worried our car wouldn’t be big enough for all the luggage. She and the team helped us find the perfect car. They were also very accommodating in helping us understand all the border crossing regulations and tolls for Germany and Austria. I would definitely rent from them again!
