My mom has brought several vehicles here,had no issues with the service they received..... However my mom was recently bought a Honda from a Shister....
She drove not even 6 miles before it cut off ...so of course she takes it to her trusted automotive shop....they determined it was the engine....so mom isn't sure if she want to pay the money to fix it or junk it And take another chance of getting scammed again..... So she decides to pay to get the engine so they can fix it ... Today she picks the car up I drive it 20 minutes away on my way back shuts off... Wait 10-15 minutes try to crank it pranks up so I immediately take the car to the shop so it stays up there another month to say it drives it doesn't was wrong with it she gets it back because the same thing so apparently she had a 90-day warranty for the engine .... So the car has been back up there twice and is now sitting outside in the parking lot still not fixed and I don't understand if she brought up to y'all and said find I was wrong with it and you say the engine and then it still having an issue how should that be her issue to be able to have to pay y'all again or whatever she shouldn't have to pay anything and the warranty should be separate from the general warranty because .the car is not fixed.... whole reason she brought it looked at it and returned it the angel she brought a brand new engine that I'll put it in it's still cutting off so how was the issue fixed

Jenny and Steve are truly amazing people! They never try to take advantage of customers and tell you anything is wrong with your car that isn't. They truly treat their customers with such kindness! They were recommended by Todd's Transmission for repairs. I contacted them about transmission problems and said I had only 52,000 on it. They suggested I take it to the dealership for drivetrain warranty. They called the dealership and had them call me to make a repair appointment. . They went out of their way to help me to get the help I needed. They are great folks and I will be using them in the future. Have already told my family about these folks. Rare today to see folks with a strong work ethic and willing to help you.

Honest people and amazing pricing! Steve and Jenny made me feel like a family member! Didn’t upsell me!!told me exactly what needed to be done and I was convinced it needed more than just compressor! They could have sold me so much more but we’re honest enough to tell me I didn’t need anything else! Now my son takes his truck here and I even referred my mother in law there!!

Happened upon this shop while trying to drop off my husband’s Ford E350 Super Duty box truck at another shop nearby for a check engine light. We left it at 4pm on a Monday. Before they closed at 5 they had already called us to tell us what the problem was, how much it would cost to fix it and when we could expect the work to be done. Best service we have had on a vehicle literally ever. Their price was perfect too. Even the cost of the diagnostic was more than reasonable. Once the part came in for his truck the repair was quickly done. Perfect service. Excellent price. We will return again and again for every vehicle they will work on. Peace of mind that didn’t cost us an arm and a leg.
