This is one of the most honest auto shop I've ever dealt with and they are very personable. I was recommended by my boss whom owns a construction company and whom personally gets his cars serviced there. My car was inspected at The Lube Center on Williamson Rd and they failed my inspection claiming that my rear tire was bad, etc. I had only driven the tire for about 10,000 miles. It was a low profile tire so there were some scraping against the street curbs but low profile tires were made with thick padding for the scraping. Anyhow, I got it re-inspected at R&R and they confirmed that I was correct. Thank you again!

They drove my car, 2020 Ford Escape Titanium, and knew right away what the “thud, thud, thud” sound was . . . differential issue. It was promptly fixed that day and picked up before closing time! I made an appointment for my 1994 Toyota DXL, stating that I had 2 error codes that needed to be checked out. I had accidentally cleared the error codes by disconnecting the battery to clean it. I know from experience that those wont show again until the truck is driven about 30 miles. I told them this and gave them the code numbers on a note paper. One was for the oxygen sensor and one for the air flow sensor. After several hours, the shop calls to tell me that the mechanic could not any error codes and had driven the truck several miles. The shop told me that I would have to drive it some more to get the codes to show again. OK, so they didn't trust my observation and I agreed to do so, but the abrupt rudeness I was meet with was uncalled for. The receptionist, also mechanic?, was all attitude about it being close to lunch, so like, no time for discussion, and demanded $60.00 like it was a threat.

Fair price for good work. They're busy and it might take a bit for them to have an opening but that's never a bad sign at a shop. A busy shop is well used for a reason.

My sister was so stressed out about getting her car worked on. The car needed a serpentine belt and the belt tensioner replacement. They also changed a head light for her and let her owe them a few dollars. They were polite and very knowledgeable. You won't find a better honest mechanic the bill was under 400 we were also a walk in and they got started immediately. We are blessed to have met them. We will be going back for any needs.

They are wonderful! I took my 2001 olds that had a long list and a budget. I was so pleased that they found and fixed everything and even my rear door latch that had been broke since 2004 an even the dealer back then said that it couldn't be fixed! Well R&R fixed it and everything came in less than HALF of budget!
