I had an issue with the purchase of my vehicle from American Motors which was bought out by Ramstein before I arrived in Germany in February. The previous owner had misrepresented himself as the owner of Ramstein used cars and the day after I picked up the car he was being avoidant and refusing to address concerns I had about the vehicle. Once the actual owner of Ramstein became aware of what was happening the entire team worked swiftly to rectify the issue. I was given a loaner car while my vehicle was being repaired. All of the staff at Ramstein Used Cars have been courteous and accommodating. These guys really will go above and beyond to make sure you drive away in a safe and reliable vehicle.
