Had a 77” Samsung Q89C, installed professionally and screen started peeling off(not the packaging film) after 6 months. Samsung sent me through FA Display, Hyuk understood what my problem was and immediately ordered the replacement panel. Within a couple days, he called me to schedule a repairman to do the job. The repairman was professional and took great care. The entire process only took a week and 2 days. Thank you Hyuk.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS… the whole experience was nothing short of absolutely HORRIFIC. I had read all the endless bad reviews when Samsung assigned me to this company and tried to have them change it, but Samsung would not budge. What they claim to be a “professionally trained technician for their products” showed nothing but utter incompetence. I was even prepared to tolerate all other issues reported (no returned calls, barely spoke any English, impossible to understand, did not care about customer concerns at all, etc.) - as long as ultimately my dishwasher was fixed… but not even that they managed to do. After the guy left, the machine would not even turn on anymore. He also left me with the “bonus” of not reinstalling it properly under the countertop, leaving over 3 inches beyond the edge. I ended up resorting to a different local company the very next morning (against Samsung’s procedures and advice), and finally got it fixed properly. They found numerous mishaps on what “FA Display” did and I have it all documented.
I do not wish anyone to go through this horrible experience and that is the reason for my posting. Let’s hope Samsung is listening and close their shop. BBB is being notified as well.

Very pleased with the service provided by FA Display. Fridge under warranty and arranged service thru the 800#. Was contacted promptly by repair service. Given a date of service with a small arrival window. Received a call 15 minutes prior to arrival. Service rep polite, explained what he was doing and offered suggestions should it happen again. He took extra care to protect my new flooring when sliding the fridge away from the wall which was very appreciated. Thanks.

After reading the other reviews for this business, I'm not surprised I had the experience I did. I went through Samsung to get my dishwasher repaired, they made a ticket for me and set the appointment for the following Friday. Friday came, no one called or showed up. I called FA Display 3 times and left a voicemail. I called a few times the next day and left a voicemail. I called one more time today and the man who I spoke to was not apologetic or gave any reason they just didn't show up. The more he spoke the shadeir he was and I ended up telling him "I'm not happy with your business, so I'm going to contact Samsung and find someone else". He didn't care at all. Samsung should be ashamed of themselves for using this business. I will definitely be telling them to change their partnership. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I saw all the negative reviews and was quite worried/concerned about the replacement of my ice maker covered under Samsung’s warranty. The repair person was nice and cordial. He made the repairs quickly and efficiently and even replaced an additional part that I needed. No problems, he was in and out in 30 minutes.

They were contracted by samsung to fix my new washing machine that was purchased 2/2022. I was given a schedule date by samsung & told that FA display would call me regarding appointment times. Someone named Harold called me, asked what was wrong with the washer then said he would call me back. I was never called back by anyone at the company & apparently someone had made an appointment for 4 days AFTER the date I was initially given by samsung. Now samsung cannot get ahold of them. I have called multiple times & no one ever answers the phone. They tell you to leave a voicemail for clearly no reason because they don’t respond to the emails either. Absolutely horrible business communication with a lack of professionalism.

Horrible customer service. They are in the business of not fixing. The “repairman” Hyuk accused me of tampering with my dishwasher. After 30 minutes he told me there’s no leak. 1 month later (it’s now out of warranty) it’s still leaking.

Did not return phone call after numerous calls and detailed voicemails. This company is contracted by Samsung and FA Display reported to Samsung they try to reach out to me 3 times thus cancelling my repair ticket. This repair was covered 100 percent by Samsung. I’m sure they were reluctant to perform the work knowing they wouldn’t receive payment until Samsung paid them. No call back, cancelled ticket, their reviews seem to be consistently bad. I would give zero stars if possible.
