I would like to commend Armani on a phenomenal customer experience on 10/30/24 , please take the time out to thank her personally for me for her patience and help . She is an outstanding worker. She stayed 30 minutes past her shift and close time to help me with my rental process . Making the check-in process a breeze and even gave me helpful tips that would benefit me to make sure I was situated to get around town without no hassle . If there is a better position and financial gain on her behalf please take inconsideration of putting her as the face & leader of that role . She should be recognized For all the great Customer Service skills that she has provided to me and numerous other customers I witnessed first hand . I hope she gets the raise and job offer to excel to a better position because she has earned it . She is an awesome worker , her personality and her people skills is through the roof . Also she did all this while being pregnant. I hope in the near future she get recognized for all the hard work dedication. Again Please consider her for the next highest position and job offer because she’s greatly deserves it. I think she would make an excellent manager / general manager. Thank you. Have a blessed day.

I'm so pleased we went ahead with this Sixt location & the courteous service from Anbrea. Anbreas' assistance made my extension lease of their 2024 S60 Volvo, so easy, we took 3 weeks for our road trip in Texas & leave with wonderful memories. I have been renting cars from Sixt Houston Royal Sonesta for almost a year now. I have never had any problems with the service I receive from Dontavian. When I first started renting I was working with Will. Will treated me with the most amazing service possible. Since I come from Austin which is 2 hours away from this location the ease of knowing I can rent, extend, and go in a split second keeps me coming back. When Will moved to another location, Dontavian had no problem filling the shoes of Will. When I need help or have a concern Dontavian has always had a solution and made sure that I always hear from him and how things are going with my rental. He has reached out to far and wide to make sure that me and my family are safe first and foremost, and treated with the best customer care possible. Dontavian has reached an all time high when it comes to customer care. When I was involved in an accident and could not get back to Houston for an exchange on vehicles, Dontavian had no problem finding me a replacement vehicle at the San Antonio location. He walked me through all the steps and details on what to do and he got me in a replacement vehicle the next day! Even on his off days Dontavian makes sure all of his customers have what they need to be able to enjoy their rental experience. If Customer Service was a person, Dontavian is the image! Thank you so much for all that you do for us customers, you deserve all the blessings that come your way! Sixt is lucky to have you on their team!

I have a business account yet no one is ever able to locate my profile for my rental. The customer service is horrible at the 800 number the agents consistently disconnect the calls bc they aren’t capable of performing their job, typical when companies outsource labor. Call the property during business hours and the phone goes to voicemail. Call the hotel to have Sixt contact info (the front desk is right next to the Sixt rental desk) and customer service is poor there as well. Just spend your money elsewhere. Touro is way better. I wanted to try it out but all of the red flags is concerning.

My Experience with Ambrea Brown was amazing! Very calm when we needed help with an issue. She explained in full detail to our understanding. We will continue connecting with her in the future! We will also like to thank Will for our very 1st experience over a month ago. These 2 deserve a raise and much more! By the way……we drive from Austin to work with them!

I used Sixt car rental for the first time and needed an AWD vehicle, but they informed me that they didn’t have one available. Dontavien went above and beyond to help me by arranging a higher model vehicle from another location at no additional cost. Dontavien, his colleague, and the staff at the Hobby Airport location were friendly, professional, and truly helpful. I will definitely rent from Sixt again.

Please don’t rent from here. The try to cancel your reservation before your pick up time. They are not accommodating at all. They tell you your class is not available so that they can increase the fees. I accidentally book this location instead of the downtown location which I have been renting from for the last 2/3 months whenever I needed the car. My mom and I have been using sixt for quite some time but this has really made us end our relationship with sixt

Beware of their tricks to getting you to pay more when you arrive. Absolutely horrible and disgusting. First they will tell you the pre booked vehicle is not available and will try to sell you a higher price luxury vehicle. Just dont get convinced and say no to any upgrades. Next they will try to make you buy the add ons. Please study all of this befofe you go. They tried to charge me for unlimited toll fees saying that texas cannot be travlled without paying tolls and I was quoted the wrong terms for pricing. Absolutely disgusting and dishonest business. Please avoid altogether.
