Hello, I am very satisfied with the service provided by you. I rented a premium sedan at Priceline for a total of $61 for one day, including insurance. Once there, they gave me the keys to the new 2024 Volvo S60 ? Beautiful car, super clean and economical, I would rent it again without a doubt. It is worth mentioning the good treatment of its two morning employees ? I plan to rent again for my birthday on October 13 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Smooth and easy pick up, Fahad made sure the process was quick and easy. Friendly and professional office staff. Car was located in a parking garage and I was provided clear and easy to follow pick up and drop off directions. I usually pick up at PHL airport but will definitely start picking up from downtown moving forwards!

Our car rental was clean, but once you opened the door it had a STRONG odor of smoke!! I advised an employee as we headed out of the garage and she said they were aware of the smell and have tried everything to get rid of the smell and nothing.
So where was the heads up when we were inside picking up our keys?
We were on a time crunch so we couldn’t go back inside and ask for a car switch. However, we did file a complaint with customer service and we hoped to make a car switch the next day in the city we were at, but there was none near us. We had to ride with the windows down during our whole duration of our rental. The office was closed once we dropped off, so we couldn’t go inside to make this statement in person.

So if you’re thinking of renting a car here and you’re non smokers like my husband and I, check if you’ve gotten the Volkswagen Altas. It’s most likely still going to have a strong odor of smoke!

I always have good experiences with Sixt Rent A Car and my experience in Philadelphia was no exception. Ms. Davies helped me with my car and I was in/out in less than 15 minutes. She was very nice, professional, and friendly. I will definitely be back to rent from them again.

Had a terrible experience, Employee by the name is Marcus should be fired. He is very nasty and ignorant. I do not like the way I was treated. He even got so deep as to use mean language because I needed a little more clarity on what was going on. Overall I didn’t get a refund or a rental car today. I am very upset.

Second time we are picking up a car at this location and much more convenient for us than the airport. Pick up process is smooth and cars are new and very clean.
Mike, the station manager was awesome! He upgraded us after the car we initially booked was not available anymore.
Cars are kept in the parking of the building and are very easy to access. Will definitely rent again from this location!
