Rental and return was fine. Car was in nice condition. I received a notification that they were billing my credit card a few days after I returned the car with NO explanation what the charge was for. I have tried multiple times to call the Savannah Thrifty location directly with no answer. When I called the general Thrifty customer service phone number, they had no record of an additional charge to my account, they could nor offer me any explanation. They should NEVER bill you for an additional amount without an explanation! It is very frustrating when you can reach the location you rent a car from directly.

Fuel tank not full, 2nd time this year I’ve rented from Savannah and I’ve not had a full tank. Inside windshield so dirty that I had to stop and pick up some Windex and paper towels to clean the windows. Both rear tires had inflation issues. Picked up car in Savannah on Thursday and dropped off at Hilton Head airport on Friday. This will be the last time I rent through Thifty.

Good rental experience, No issues with the vehicle at all, return was super quick and easy. Pick up was a bit time consuming, as the usual counter was already closed, so we had to go to the Hertz counter. A bit of a wait, as we are used to going right to the rental floor as blue chip members. Our reservation was in order, however, and we were on our way after answering a few questions. Friendly staff, and the invoice was exactly what the quote was.

Outstanding experience, I got off of the plane and had reserved the car online through car rentals.com. Lady at the desk was friendly and motivated. Had the car for 1 week visiting friends and family throughout Savannah and Hilton Head. Returned car with 0 issues. Great customer service. Thanks

Well Thrifty was not open when I arrived at Savannah Airport. A sign directed us to the Hertz desk for service. At the Hertz desk I, as well as others customers, were informed that they had no more cars available and we had to wait for cars to be returned. So I guess about 30-40min later I was called to the desk that my car was ready. Now customer service with the personnel was excellent, car was nice except the tires needed air, drop off was simple, my only gripe was that Hertz had to pickup Thriftys tab that day.

I received an email from Thrifty reminding me the were awaiting my arrival hours later and were ready. AND... Yes, they were! The counter agents were courteous, friendly and professional. Paperwork was qwik and efficient. The car itself was clean and ready. All a good experience!

Our flight out was cancelled until the next day and Thrifty was very nice on the phone and they credited us for a day without us even asking. The car was great and ran well! Thank you!

Did a reservation online. Picking up the car was easy and quick. Lady on the front desk was nice. HOWEVER when I got there they didn’t take debt only credit card. Over all car was clean no damages. Drop off went smoothly. Got a receipt as soon as I entered the airport. This was probably the most cheapest rental car I ever gotten for 3 days.
