I rented a car and the day after renting it it broke. Not only that, but when I called them and told them about the problem they only told me that I had to solve it on my own.

To which I had to call a mechanic to help me. Today my vacation is over and without having used the car, the company DOES NOT WANT TO REFUND MY MONEY.

Somos estudiantes de Erasmus y hemos alquilado un coche en esta empresa, al devolverlo dejamos la llave en el buzón como nos habían indicado y al día siguiente nos llamaron diciendo que no estaba la documentación del coche en ningún lado, nos dijeron que teníamos una hora para devolverla o nos cobraban la fianza (300€), tuvimos q presentarnos allí otra vez y cuando abrimos la guantera del coche estaba allí toda la documentación cuando ellos mismos nos habían dicho que ya habían buscado y que no estaba. Fue totalmente un intento de estafa, no se lo recomiendo a nadie

My family and I rented a car from Wheego and we were very satisfied with everything. Car was new and clean, the staff was very kind and ready to answer all my questions. Deposit was returned in not more than 24h from returning the vehicle. Overall, great experience!

My girlfriend hired a car in Bratislava from Wheego a few months ago and paid excess deposit 800 Euros. When she brought the car back, there were four small scratches on the car. I asked a car mechanic how much it would be to fix them and he said that it would be around 200 Euros. The car rental company however kept the whole deposit without providing my girlfriend a quote from the car repair centre for repairing the scratches or a proof of the completed repairs. They told her that as the owner of the car they can keep whatever amount they find appropriate and are not obliged to give her any quote from a car mechanic. This is absolutely shocking, in my many years of hiring a car in different countries, from various companies I never came across something like this! If they take 800 Euros from 20 people, this pays for the whole new car, which is obviously how they make their money! I recommend to avoid them at all cost!

I used wheego car for a trip I had from Bratislava to Romania and back. The agent Daniel was very supportive and professional. Pick up and drop off was from airport and went very smooth. They will do their best to give you the car you need. Definitely try them.

A really good experience with this car rental company. Simona met us at the airport in Bratislava and handed the car to us, a brand new Škoda Fabia estate with just 21km on the clock. There were no issues at all with the car and when I had to call the office, they answered immediately and were very helpful and accommodating. A highly recommended car hire company folks.
