Windsor Family Farm - San Martin, California

We loved visiting the Windsor Family Farm this past weekend. This was our first visit to a farm with a Petting Zoo. Kim was an amazing host, welcomed us in and showed us around. Our kids (of 3-4 yo) felt pretty comfortable around the animals and had an amazing time.

We had to book an appointment to visit. It felt like Kim was into offering the tours not for the money but as a hobby/passion. She even offered more than a dozen eggs for 5$, which was an amazing steal. We recommend this place to anyone with 3-4 yo and will definitely revisit.

Great family farm where Ms Kim guides you through the animals and let's you feed the alpacas, sheep, and goats. She then brought out rabbits and baby chicks for the little ones to pet. There's lots of toys for little ones to play and ride around in. There's a trampoline to help the little ones let out some energy. Don't forget to buy some fresh eggs before you leave!

Must do for families with young children. There's lots of animals: chickens, roosters, rabbits, goats, Sheep, tortoise and more waiting to be petted & feed.
Kim the owner is a Super Host, very helpful and friendly. She made a hot delicious breakfast for us each day. She's a good listener and made our stay special with little touches as picking figs after she heard how much I like figs, extra fruit for kids and gave each kid their favorite animal lovie. She helped us plan things to do in the area.
Beds are comfortable. I was glad I had brought a white noise machine to help block the roosters' crowing. Kids slept through the crowing. I'd stay there again.

We had a great time celebrating #4 with our daughter and family at the farm. Kim was so easy to communicate with leading up to the day and so kind and welcoming when we were there. There are so many things to do between animals, playground, playhouse, toys, grass and more that we all felt we could easily have spent the day. It's a great place for a party!

Absolutely AMAZING place! 1.3 acres of BEAUTIFUL nature! Well kept! 100+ animals! FUN variety! So inviting! Lots of open spaces! LOTS of PLAY areas for young children! Fun for all!

We visited this farm with friends and had a blast! It is a great place to go with family and friends, whether just for a casual hangout/get together or having a birthday celebration.

There are animals galore from alpacas to sheep to goats to a tortoise. There are lots of things to occupy the kids aside from the animals from trampolines to pretend play.

They provided dessert for us, but unfortunately, it was very windy when we went, so we were unable to toast the marshmallows for the s’mores.

All in all, we had a great time and definitely would come back again.

With no doubt this is our favorite farm in the Bay Area, and for the boys it’s like a second home. Thank you Kim for being so kind and welcoming. The boys already miss you and very much look forward to our next visit!
