Diese Mietwagenfirma ist so mit das letzte. Zuert mit billigen Mietpreisen die Kunden locken und dann wenn sie in der Falle sind abzocken. Die Autos sind super alt (unser Auto hatte über 200.000 Meilen gehabt) und war voller Kratzer und Beulen. Wenn du dann einen Kratzer oder Beule übersiehst, musst du dafür zahlen. Aber die Krönung kommt dann noch. Wir mussten für den Sunpass extra nachträglich zahlen obwohl ich mir einen neuen gekauft hatte und das Auto registriert habe. Ich habe in Miami Beach auf einem privaten Parkplatz geparkt und die Parkgebühren dann mit Kreditkarte bezahlt. Trotzdem wurde vom Parkbetreiber eine Strafe für ein nicht bezahltes Ticket berechnet. Dieses hat mir COLUSA weiter berechnet. Als ich denen meinen Kreditbeleg zugemailt habe, hat die das nicht interessiert und mir wurde das Geld nicht zurück erstattet. BITTE LASST DIE FINGER WEG VON DIESEN BETRÜGER EGAL WIE BILLIG DER PREIS IST!!!
This rental car company is one of the last. Lure customers first with cheap rental prices and then rip them off when they are trapped. The cars are super old (our car had over 200,000 miles) and was full of scratches and dents. If you then miss a scratch or dent, you have to pay for it. But the crowning glory is yet to come. We had to pay extra later for the Sunpass even though I had bought a new one and registered the car. I parked in a private lot in Miami Beach and then paid for the parking fee with a credit card. Despite this, a penalty was charged by the park operator for an unpaid ticket. COLUSA charged me for this. When I emailed them my credit slip, they didn't care and the money wasn't refunded to me. PLEASE KEEP YOUR FINGERS AWAY FROM THESE SCAMS NO MATTER HOW CHEAP THE PRICE IS!!! NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

Flughafenshuttle, Auto pünktlich erhalten. Klar, das Auto war nicht im besten Zustand (Flecken auf dem Sitz und einige Macken von außen). Dies wurde jedoch alles dokumentiert und für den vergleichsweise niedrigen Preis ist es okay. Es wurden uns weitere Versicherungen vorgeschlagen, wir haben abgelehnt und der Mitarbeiter war nicht aufdringlich. Das einzige was mich gestört hat ist, dass uns der SunPass für 15-20$ pro Tag angeboten wurde obwohl man diesen einfach für 4.99 im nächsten Supermarkt findet. Auf Nachfrage meinte der Mitarbeiter, das wäre wohl nicht möglich- war es aber! Also hier nicht abzocken lassen. Rückgabe war unproblematisch und sehr schnell. Ich hatte bedenken wegen der negativen Bewertungen aber ich muss sagen, dass wir alles in allem sehr zufrieden waren 🙂

I have never had such a bad car rental. 1 star is definitely too much. The car was very old and already had more than 150,000 km. Incredible as a rental car. You have to pay extra for each thing (Toll Pass etc.). I parked in a lot and verified that I paid for a ticket with a credit card and instead of showing the proof to the lot operator, ColoUSA charged me the penalty fee plus an additional penalty. When I wrote to ColoUSA, I was threatened that if I let the credit card payment go back, I would have to pay another US$ 150 on top of that. I can only strongly recommend NEVER AGAIN COLOUSA no matter how cheap they are. Afterwards you pay a multiple of it. SCAM SHOP
ch hatte noch nie so eine schlechte Autovermietung. 1 Stern ist definitiv zu viel. Das Auto war sehr alt und hatte schon mehr als 150.000 km. Als Mietwagen unglaublich. Für jede Sache muss man extra zahlen (Toll Pass etc.). Ich habe auf einem Parkplatz geparkt und ein Ticket nachweislich mit Kreditkarte bezahlt und anstatt den Nachweis dem Parkplatzbetreiber vor zu legen, wurde mir von ColoUSA die Strafgebühr plus zusätzlich eine zusätzliche Strafe berechnet. Als ich ColoUSA angeschrieben habe, wurde mir gedroht das wenn ich die Kreditkartenzahlung zurück gehen lasse ich noch weitere US-$ 150 oben drauf zahlen muss. Ich kann nur dringend empfehlen NIE WIEDER COLOUSA egal wie bilig die sind. Nachher zahlt Ihr ein vielfaches drauf. BETRÜGERLADEN

Nie wieder Colusa Rent!!! Wir waren pünktlich vor Ort am 22. April.
Haben das ganze über booking gebucht und schon im voraus bezahlt ;). Vor Ort hiess es es brauche noch eine Versicherung von der wir nichts wussten. Okay wir wollten die Versicherung nun bezahlen jedoch wurden beide unserer 2 Kreditkarten hier am Terminal nicht angenommen. So hiess es wir bekommen nun das Auto nicht und das Geld gibts auch nicht zurück obwohl wir alles im voraus beglichen haben. Ein Anruf in die Schweiz bestätigte das unsere Karte einwandfrei funktioniere.
Nach 2h hin und her Anruf an Booking die leider nicht erreichbar war. Sitzen wir nun da ohne Mietauto und bis heute 3 Monate später ohne Rückerstattung !!!
Nie wieder booking nie wieder Colusa Rent. Lasst die Finger von den. Und zur Info ein Kunde kam als wir da waren 1h zu spät und durfte es nicht mitnehmen eine reine Frechheit was da abgeht.

Ach was noch zu sagen ist, sie werben mit günstigen Preisen und vor Ort zahlt man zusätzliche versteckte Kosten wie Versicherung etc.!!!

Falls ihr Flug wie beim anderen Kunden zu spät ankommt bekommt ihr euer Auto nicht oder zahlt drauf!!!

If you think the price is to good to be true follow your gut! I rented a van for 5 days in FL and it was in horrible condition. The windshield wipers were so old when it rained(which happens everyday in FL) I couldn’t see out of the windshield. The wheel was shaking the entire time the van was driven and if both hands were not on the wheel the van pooled to the right.
The say prior to returning the vehicle I required an extra hour prior to dropping off the van and instead of being charged $70 for 1 more hour they asked me to write a good review and the hour would be complimentary.
I wrote the review because I needed the extra hour.
I am re-doing my review because of the issue that have continued with this horrible company now 15 days later.
They are trying to charge me for 2.5 gallons of gas for less then 1/8 of gas they claim I didn’t add back to the car when I dropped off.
The agreement shows a hold of $250 but they charged me $350 and are trying to charge me still.
I took photos when I picked up the van because of the multiple scratches and dents and wanted to be sure they didn’t try to blame me for any of it.
Do not rent vehicle from here!

Update- they advised they would remove the charge if I left a good review.
They are just in need of business and at this point is not safe to rent with them if you can’t even get a reliable car.

Do not rent here. COLUSA and Carwhiz, they are a scam!!!!! The list is so long of why you should NOT go here. Customer Service is terrible, and the car is really cheap, dirty and they disabled all the features in the car, and missing charger port. We flew in back on January 10, and still have not received the $300 refundable deposit. They said it takes 30 day. And we paid $15 a day for tolls, and they are charging my card for tolls after the fact... around $20 additional. At this point. I've reached out a few times to customer service and still no response. Going to have to dispute a $320 charge for a car they advertised as $50 for 2 days of rental. Not worth the time nor the hassle!!!!! Buyers beware!!!!

CarWiz is a money grab!!! Stay away!!!!!!!The price looks good online but when you arrive it's a problem! And they are not located at the Miami airport! You have to take a shuttle to get to them! We reserved a car online only to arrive and was told since our flight was delayed they will honor our reservation but the car we reserved was no longer available and we already prepaid online. They wanted us to pay an additional $279 plus a $500 deposit that had to be on a credit card. Would not take our debit card for the $500 deposit. They examine your car insurance information to find a way to make you pay for their insurance! Please do yourself a favor and go to Budget Car Rental! That's what we did and we were able to enjoy our time in Miami!

Rented a car through a 3rd party. Thought I had a good deal but when I picked up the car they charged a $50 fee per day if you don’t use their insurance they sell there. The rental came out to $50 something per day which is the average rate. I just hate that they lie to you to get you in the door. But the worst part of the rental and the reason I’m giving a 1 star is: THEY STEAL YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO

I read the reviews on here after I got the car. Some of them say they steal your credit card and make purchases with it. It’s either the company or the employees there that are doing it. I locked the card I used to pay for the rental and 5 days later someone tried to buy $1,600 of stuff from Apple. Thieves
